Happy 3 year Travelversary! 😍😘❤️  19 countries (listed below) isn’t really a lot after 3 years on the road, but since I’ve been living as a nomadic expat (not a full-time traveler) for most of that time, it feels like a lot! It’s honestly been the best, most enjoyable, fun, adventurous, most difficult and rewarding time of my whole life so far! And each year just gets better and better! I left with the goal to find myself and my place in the world…and even though I can’t say I’m quite there yet, what I’ve found so far has been so much more valuable! I’ve found healing, understanding, a love for all mankind and a firm belief that when there’s a will, there’s always a way. I am so infinitely grateful to have chosen, not only to embark upon this unique and personal journey, but also to stand tall, stick to my guns and tough it out all of the times when crap has hit the fan and the future seemed impossible! As someone who has spent so much of my life suicidal and buried in the depths of self-hatred, I say to each of you…live YOUR dreams, find out what makes YOU happy and don’t be afraid to walk down dark paths to find your way; the light will come.
